• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast costs 5 euros at the Brakfast room and 6 euros in your room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you will pay at your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English is spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors. And there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes for rooms which have their windows to the interior courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have it.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There is no distinction.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV in all the rooms but not yet international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes in all rooms. If you want to make phone calls, tell it to the receptionist to open your telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditionning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet in the property, but at 2 minutes walking near the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an independent swimming pool at 10 minutes by walk from the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  An independant parking is available at 200 meters from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Airport, or in railway stations.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus number 56 (République).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare d'austerlitz.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  République or Oberkampf.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but there is one nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet.
