  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, full American buffet breakfast is included in the rates.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can settle the bill upon your arrival or upon your departure. The means are: VISA card, Mastercard, Americain Express, JBC, cash.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Our reception team speaks: German, Spanish, English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have 2 lifts bringing to our 7 floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are quiet.We have romantic rooms facing our garden or terase.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    We do have rooms with a Parisian balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes we have both non smoking rooms and smoking rooms. Please advice us upon your booking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All our rooms have individually controlled air conditioning without any charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We do have an Internet Point at the bar.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have several public parking near the hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The nearest agency is at the Gare Austerliz. Our reception team would make the arrangement for you.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Orly, but you have easy acces also from Roissy Airport. We have also easy acces to Charles de Gaulle.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do. We can arrange pick up in both airports and train stations.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    From the hotel you can reach 8 different bus lines.
    The nearest is in Rue des Ecoles, less than 100 metres far from the entrance.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The Gare d'Austerlitz (1 km).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    We are situated just a few minutes from the metro station Maubert Mutualité, line 10. You can as easily reach line 4 in Saint Michel or the RER B and C Saint Mihel Notre Dame.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but we have special partnerships with fine restaurants, all within walking distance from the hotel.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. Each room has Internet connection by the phone line.
