The street noise was very high, even with the windows closed. Villa Eugenie is located on a busy intersection, and opposite a train track so the outside noise is quite high.
Breakfasts were great, but at all other times the service at the hotel was non-existant.

We did have some problems with the shower head when having a shower - it didn't seem to stay in the correct place. ... A lovely, quiet, small hotel in a great location.

excellent connections with the metro 7 min walk away and the trains on stone throw distance. ... For Paris an absolute jewel for a great price with friendly staff and excellent connections to the city or the suburbs.
