Great hotel in a bustling neighborhood. We would choose Villa Mazarin again. Nice furnishings, in hallways and rooms.The bathrooms were very good. The Marais is an exciting base location.

Have been to Paris at Easter for the last number of years and this is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. The rooms are lovely and the location is perfect for everything.

I asked for twin beds as my daughter and I were travelling together but the bed was made up as a double. I went down to the Reception desk but the person there told me it was his first night and as it was almost 1am in the morning we decided to leave it. I didn't follow it up the next day as we had slept well and the bed was big.

Heated towel rail in the bathroom rather hot and has to be turned off at the meter box. Maybe a few instructions about this could help.

Fantastic. Extremely comfortable and very well located close to Hotel de Ville and the Seine. Good selection of restaurants close by and very good shopping. The Pompidou Centre needs to get its act together and tell customers that the galleries are closed before you pay to go in. However that is nothing to do with you.
