• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is optional so never included. It is continental
  French classic (croissants,cereals, yogurt).
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may settle whenever you want. A copy of your credit card will be asked for upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French, German and some others depanding on the person on duty.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor + 5 floors, there is a large elevator that can take up to 8 persons maximum.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  This is a small property, all our rooms are quiet and are full of charm. Some mansard rooms and duplex on the 5th floor, with large balcony are maybe a little bit more romantic.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The building is on the corner of rue des Archives and Rue de la Verrerie, most of our rooms faces thoses lively streets. The hotel has a little courtyard with 3 rooms on it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms and duplex on the 5th floor have a large balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel is entirely non-somking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a flat screen television. International chains are available.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is direct dialing telephone in each room.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the rooms, there is no extra charge for this and it is seasonal. We have central heating systeme during winter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do not have an Internet/Email point in the property, you can of course receive your Email, we will print them for you. If you do not have your computer there is a Cyber cafe 5 minutes walk from the hotel / open every day where you can send, receive and print documents.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swiming pool in the hotel, the nearest one is 10 minutes walk. It's called "la piscine des Halles" and it's open 7 days a week.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are three public car park available at 5 minutes walk from the hotel, the public car park of the "Hôtel de Ville" is one of the biggest in Paris.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 10 minutes walk from the hotel, at the carpark of George Pompidou Center or at the front desk, we can take care of it for you and reserve with AVIS, EUROPCAR, or any company you suggest if they have an office in Paris.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly, at 25 kilometers. Roissy Charles de Gaulle is a little bit farer: 35 kilometers.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  This service is not run by the hotel, but we can organize it if booked in advance with different companies.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is "La Verrerie" (Bus 75 on rue des Archives) and bus stop "Hôtel de Ville" (Bus 67, 69, 96, 76 on Rivoli street). And we are 10 minutes walk from Chatelet station wich is one of the most important interconnecting center for transport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  We are in the center of the city, so railway stations have aproximately the same distance from the Hotel:
  3 Kilometers from gare Saint-Lazare
  3 Kilometers from gare Montparnasse
  2 Kilometers from gare du Nord
  2 kilometers from gare d'Austerliz.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Subway stop "Hotel de Ville" Ligne n°1 & 11
  Way out - Rue Lobau or Rivoli street
  2 minutes walk from the hotel, we are just beside the department store BHV, When you face it rue des Archives is on it's right side.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have a fitness center, but the nearest gym is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel "Club VitHalles".
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, brasserie around, open every day even late at night, it's a very lively aera. Our team will be happy to suggest a good adress if you need it.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is ADSL connection by cable and also wireless (WI-FI).
