We arrived an hour and a half after the check in time but had to wait for a further 20 minutes as the room still wasn't ready!

The cleaner vaccuming the corridor outside our room at about 8am on Saturday morning was not the best start to the day!

There was some confusion regarding the number of nights we were booked for but this was quickly resolved.

Great location, modern, simple and clean room, and polite staffs of Hotel Le Vignon surely add something on your memory in Paris.

There were some cracks on the ceiling near the bathroom and in the bathroom. The door of the bathroom didn't close properly. There was coffee, tea and milk in the room when we arrived, but it wasn't replenished fully. My son was ill one day and we had to stay in for a while and we couldn't have a coffee without calling room service which I thought was a bit excessive.

The lady behind the counter was very nice and she was very helpful in finding us a restaurant, shopping, and calling us a cab.

It is located in a great neighbourhood, the rooms are quite spacious for Paris. The staff was great! Our room was very comfortable.
