• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental breakfast and it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are private and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is an internal courtyard, and some have overview on it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and there are no extra charges.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception and there is free ADSL Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  At 5 minutes walk there is the daily opened public parking Lobau.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the reception, we will be more than glad to help you with that.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly is at 20 km, and Charles de Gaulle at 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can organize it for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Hotel de Ville - Rue de Rivoli.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de Lyon.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Hotel de Ville, line 1 or 11.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is a gym club at only 10 minutes walk.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but around there are many nice places open till late.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not for the moment, but soon.
