• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 01.00 pm.

• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, continental breakfast in not included. It costs 8.00 EUR per person per day.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Chinese, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel has got 7 floors and a lift
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but a public parking is nearby, approx. 25.00 EUR per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle 1 hour.
  Orly 45 min.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can organise pick up service from/to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Trocadéro stop, 2 min.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  From Montparnasse Station (15 min.) you have to take metro line 6 and stop at Passy station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro station is Passy, from there take the stairs up and at the place turn on your left in Passy street, then take the 5th street on your right.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
