• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 1pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included. The continental breakfast is orange juice, coffee, tea or chocolate, croissants, baguette, cereals, cheese, yoghurt, marmalade, honey. Extra charge for: eggs, ham, fruit.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet rooms.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, and modem connection, Wi-Fi ADSL.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Boissière/Trocadero, bus n°22, 30 and 82.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse, Saint Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Boissiere (line 6) 1 minute walk. Trocadero (line 9 and 6) 2 minutes walk. Victor Hugo (line 2) 2 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we will advise you good address nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. The rooms have Wi-Fi system.
