It is in a marvellous location, just on the CLUNY-NOTRE DAME Metro stop. Full of bars and restaurants around. But not noisy at all.

1)Paris hotel rooms are always small/cramped, but I keep hoping for better.
Narrow corridor width added to the cramped effect.
2)Bathroom/toilet facilities new and in excellent condition
3)Major renovation work was being undertaken in the hotel meaning the primary stairwell was out of action during the day. This meant using the tiny (typically Paris) lift to get to the room.

We were very happpy with the hotel. The rooms
though small were besutifully deorated and the
bathroom exceptional in size and design. My
only complaint was the noise from the street.
If I would return to Paris, which I hope to, I
would make a request to stay on the Cluny side
of the hotel where there would be less noise.
I finally had to wear my ear plugs from the
plain in order to sleep.

It went very smoothly. They were very
helpful in helping us get a taxie to the
airport.

I would tell them that it is a wonderful
place to stay. An interesting nieghborhood.
The staff were wonderful, rooms comfortable
and attractive and the bathroom especially
weel done. I would also tell themt o request
a room off the street toward the Cluny side of
the hotel because of the noise.

I was quite disappointed by the size of the room which was extremely tiny. Other than that, the rest is fine.

They did not find immediately the reservation (even if I had the voucher with me.

Breakfast could be better (more choices)- - the staff at the breakfast room was quite rude.

I think that 150 (incl. Breakfast) in low season is not extremely cheap.... for this rate maybe I was expecting something better in terms of services.
On the other side, we know that Paris is an expensive city and the location of the hotel was extremely good.

We had to sit and wait as when we went to our room, there was still luggage there and we felt it was wasted time as we had planned to start our sightseeing as soon as we arrived. Also, it was a good thing we went out as some work was being done just above and the noise of the drilling machine was terrible.

As we had a 'superior' room, we expected better. The bath is all rusty and water was seeping through the tiles. Ventilation in bathroom not working and as a result very stuffy room. Furnishing (wallpaper, bedspreads) etc. far too heavy and dark - one feels almost claustrophobic!

Checking out was no problem and we appreciated being able to store our luggage for a few hours.

Maybe one should make it clear that there is absolutely no 'view' from the rooms.

Check-in time was NON NEGOTIABLE. We arrived after traveling for over 20 hours, at 9:30 am and the receptionist would not even entertain teh thought of getting us a room till 1:00pm, did not even check to see if there were any rooms available. just a 'check-in time is 1:00pm you can leave your luggage here and come back then.
