We had no problems checking in. Our rooms were ready. ... We had booked three rooms. One double room was extremely small and the AC in that room did not work. We informed the front desk about the AC not working, we were told that it could not be looked at until next day. We had arrived at 3pm. It was very hot and humid in Paris. We asked for another room, were told hotel is completely booked. Next day AC still not fixed. Informed the front desk again, they said they would look into it. They never did look at it. Other than that problem our stay was OK. Probably would not return to this hotel.

The room was a loft room with very high ceilings and quite spacious, which is always a bonus in Paris. It was freshly painted and very clean. The bathroom was small but exceptionally clean and the plumbing worked well.
Our only criticism was that the airconditioning was not that successful beacuse the air conditioning unit did not work so well. ... The staff called a taxi for us and it arrived on time in the morning which was very helpful. ... You could mention that there is a computer for checking email etc - it was very expensive to use but at least they offer one. ... I would emphasise the convenience of the place as being central to anything you want to see and do in Paris. You can walk to just about anywhere from there. (We have stayed in a number of different areas previously in Paris and this one is exceptional for convenience). I would also say the hotel is good value - not plush or exceptional but overall good value for the services provided, the rooms, the breakfast etc. Another thing I would stress is the quietness of the street and the proximity to a large number of very reasonably priced restaurants as well as the lovely shopping along the street to the Place de Victoires, and the lovely Jardin du Palais Royal.
