  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The buffet breakfast is not included in the price. It's at 8.50 € per person.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival. But you might need to come back before checking out for phone calls or different extras.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French and English are spoken at the reception, and a little Spanish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are five floors in the building and we have an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    With our sound proof windows, all the rooms are quiet. But we still have the choice between the street side and the courtyard side rooms. The more romantic room is on the last floor with a view on the Botanical Garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There is only one room with a direct access to the terrace. But the terrace is on free access for all.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    The rooms have no balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We have non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    There is a cable TV in the room with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, dial 0 for the outside line (and 9 for the reception).
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning in some rooms. It's free of charge, working in accordance with the weather.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    You can receive e-mail directly on the hotel address. You can use the Internet access in the lobby (charged) or use your own computer in the room.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a public car park near the hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car in Gare d'Austerlitz.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It takes about the same time from Orly and Roissy (depending of the traffic).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can arrange a transfer from the hotel to the airport (charged).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Close to the hotel you can take lines 67, 89 or 47.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Gare d'Austerlitz is the nearest railway station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest subway stop is Jussieu, at two minutes from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a sauna with charge.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but there are many restaurants around the hotel. Our staff will be very happy to help you to choose.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    You can connect your modem from your room on the second plug of the phone.
