The transport shuttle to the airport left a lot to be desired, I organised the transport via the reception only to find out that I had too much luggage, and had to arrange for a more expensive taxi.It would be better to advice clients that the shuttle is limited in luggage space.

A wonderful little hotel in a great location. The staff were very, very friendly and well informed, the hotel had everything we could need and the room was very well presented.

Rooms were very small. Not unexpected.
One receptionist in particular was not at all helpful in suggesting restaurants.

The hotel is very well located to major attractions and metro lines, but in a quiet area with great shops and resturants.It is very easy to get to all locations in Paris from this hotel.

The staff at the Hotel Therese was exceptional. They always assisted whenever needed and were at the ready with good local advice if necessary. Without a doubt I would stay there again.

We were happy with our choice to stay at Hotel Therese. The location was superb - we walked everywhere. The street was quiet and picturesque and the staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and not too small to be a problem. Good value for the money and we would stay there again if we are lucky enough to visit Paris again.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating - we were allowed a late-checkout and were able to leave our luggage there for the whole afternoon as our plane was only leaving at 11.30 pm.

We felt the breakfast was expensive at 11 euro (or 12 ... I can't remember). It wasn't a very special breakfast at all and in fact, we thought it was not a very good deal at all. I would advise everyone not to have the breakfast, perhaps they should offer a coffee and croissant breakfast at say 5 or 6 euro ??

Very stylish, understated, very accommodating and helpful, charming and central (we walked to the ROissy bus terminal at l'opera which saved a lot of money) - clean, good value

The air condiotiong did not work properly, too hot in the room.
The LAN network was not in operation, which I believed from the web-site.
The week after it shiuld have een installed.
