• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it isn't.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish and a little German and Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet, and they have view on the internal courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There's a satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room has got air conditionning, and it's included in the price of the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There's an internet point at the reception, and WI-FI connection in all the hotel for free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the Hotel, but close: at the Madeleine.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Madeleine.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly is the nearest: 18km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The Hotel can help you to reserve a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  St Lazare.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  St Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

  There's WI-FI connection in the whole Hotel, and it is free.
