We were able to enter our rooms before the usual time at no extra cost - a real advantage.

Staff did correct the error.

The one an only ice machine in the hotel was broken for at least a week and the staff did not know who to call to fix it. Odd.

I would recommend the hotel. It is in a charming area, not too touristic, and is good value for money. I would certainly stay there again.

A place for my bag was provided until check-in time. Check-in time of 3pm seems later than most; I do not know how 3pm was decided.

Quaint small hotel in an excellent location. If arriving on an early morning flight, bags can be dropped in the hotel until the 3pm check-in time.

the rooms were very small and cramped, but
still very comfortable, the bathroom was big
and spacious. they room and bathroom was
centrally heated which was great.

We arrived early but could get acces to the room immediatly anyway. That was good.

The safebox in the room did not work and was nor repaired during my stay. There is a firestation across the street and pretty much traffic on the street så sleeping with the window open was not possible. The AC kept the room cool but noisy.
