• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our rooms are overlooking the courtyard.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms overlooking the street have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but at just at 2 minutes there are St. Germain des Près and Place St. Suplice Parking.

  Paris Roissy 25 km - Paris Orly 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes. Ask the concierge.

  Lines 32-95 Rue Bonaparte stop. Lines 63-87 Boulevard St.Germain stop. Lines 86-96 St.Germain des-Prés stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de Montparnasse 2,6 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?

• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
