• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.

  Spanish, German, English and Arabian are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have only 2 rooms with a balcony where you will find a table and 2 chairs for the sunny day and you have a little view of Montmartre "Sacrée Coeur".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms are equipped with TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are equipped with telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all the rooms without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are 3 public parking around the Hôtel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or at the railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly Airport in Paris is at 17 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Avenue de l'Opéra by bus n°21-27-29-81-95.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  From Gare de Lyon take metro line 14 direction Madeleine and get off at the metro station Pyramide, 10 minutes. From gare du Nord take the metro line 4 direction Porte d'oOrlean and stop to Gare de l'Est then take metro line 7 direction Villejuif and stop to Pyramide, 20 minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro stop is Louvre-Palais Royal by metro line 1-7.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
