We both enjoyed our stay. I have had about 3 or 4 business stays over thew past 12 years.
The only improvement neccessary is to the buffet breakfast.

The waitress in the dining room was very polite and attentive and the breakfasts were adequate.
There was a pile of bed-linen dumped on the floor immediately outside our bedroom door by chamber maid. These remained there for some time before being cleared away and would have been better in a covered trolley.

Having made the booking by website, it was necessary for our friends travelling with us to cancel one of the two nights they had booked due to ill health. They thought they would be able to manage one of the two nights but in the end could not manage to travel to Paris at all. We were able to give the receptionist adequate notice of this and he cancelled the booking completely without any penalty and without causing us any anxiety.

The Air France bus stop immediately over the road and being able to purchase tickets from your receptionist is a benefit. Without this knowledge it was necessary for us to make all sorts of complicated arrangements for travel from the airport to the hotel.

A quality traditional hotel with good and attentive service, centrally located in the city centre and within walking distance from the Palais des Congres concert hall.

The hotel is wonderful and quiet, in a beautiful section of Paris and I would highly recommend it.

C'est un hôtel que j'aime et recommande.
D'ailleurs, j'y vais régulièrement. C'est un
endroit bien positionné, confortable, bien
inconorisé, propre. Seule petit point négatif
: il y a gens à la réception qui, même s'ils
sont gentils, sont froids. Ils font le
minimum, non souriants. Surtout celui qui
semble être le patron. Les autres sont tous
sympathiques et avenants.
Enfin, nous ne prenons pas les breakfast sur
place, c'est beaucoup trop cher.

We were very sick and tired and the concierge gave us our room within the hour of our arival. The accomodations were perfect and made us feel much better. We were able to sleep in the afternoon. It was very quiet. One minus, but not important, the TV sound was low and not possible to make higher.

It was an ideal location for visiting a beautiful and friendly city. The accomocations were an excellent value and the staff was very willing to assist in any way they could.

The bartender was also very kind and helpful with meeting my requests at the end of a very long workday. Thank you.

The only problem I had was the elevators, which didn't seem to work all the time.

That the hotel is in a wonderful location, accessible to several Metro lines and the RER, service is excellent all around.
