I would recommend the Hotel de la Sorbonne. The location is very good for walks in the 5th and 6th arrondisements, convenient by Metro to the rest of Paris, and close to the Jardin du Luxembourg when you need a little vacation from your vacation. Our room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel each morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We hope a room will be available for us next time we go to Paris.

Great hotel for the price (although bathroom very tiny). Loved the location opposite the Sorbonne - great atmosphere. Exactly what I was after.

The staff of the hotel is very polite. The location is quite good according to the price of the room.
I only suggest that the cleaning service must be monitored with more attention: it is necesary to clean the floor of the room every day (even though if it has a carpet on it)as well as leaving soap for the guest everyday.
The room was confortable and the people at the reception very helpful.

Hotel was clean, but the linens were fairly worn.

We reserved a double (2 person) room with a shower, but was given a room with a bath.
