• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and a lift (the hotel is located in an ancient building and the elevator is not too large).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are all very quiet and romantic, especially those on the top floor with view over the roofs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv with French channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is wi-fi connection on the ground floor of the hotel (lobby, breakfast and living rooms).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public car park in Rue Soufflot (150m).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at "Edmond Rostand Square" (400 metres far from the hotel).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare d'Austerlitz (1 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Cluny La Sorbonne" (line n.10) and "Luxembourg" for the RER.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not. The lobby area is provided with wi-fi connection.
