We expected a room with two beds but had to accept a double-room or nothing.

The room was noisy throughout the night - to make it quiet we had to close the window. But with the window closed it became too stuffy, as the room was very small.
Overall, we were only moderately satisfied with our stay.
The major advantage, and which we welcomed, is the good location. The breakfast was also good. But for the money charged, next time we would try to find another hotel.

Staff were helpful in calling a taxi. The reception area is small so became crowded with people arriving and departing, and all the suitcases.

Emphaise the good location, but forewarn that rooms are small, front rooms noisy, and that the hotel cannot always supply rooms with two beds.

I would say it was a quaint Paris experience, the hotel is favourably located, but mention the limitations above.
