• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It is a continental breakfast, and it is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two buildings: one with 4 floors with lift, another with 2 floors and facing the courtyard, but without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms on the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a small courtyard where guests usually have their breakfast in summertime.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but we do the best to make the rooms perfect if someone smokes inside.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, with satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a public parking close by, at charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle and Orly are aproximately at the same distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  La Motte Piquet Grenelle, line 80.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  La Motte Piquet Grenelle.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is wi-fi connection in all the rooms, for an extra fee.
