• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not. Buffet breakfast has an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. 16 rooms face the rear of the building. All rooms have sound proof windows. We have 2 rooms with a 4 poster bed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The entire hotel is smoke free.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have a satellite TV (most with flat screen).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have 19 rooms with air-conditioning. No extra charge. Air conditioning is switched on according to the temperature outside.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an internet point with free internet access. There is also a free wifi spot in the lobby and the cosy lounge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No. But there are 4 public parkings nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Paris Roissy 25 km - Paris Orly 14.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer a shuttle service through a very reliable company. Costs upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lines 21-27-38 Boulevard St. Michel stop.
  Lines 38, 58, 63, 70, 84, 85, 86, 87, 89, 96 all have a stop close to the hotel (within 2 minutes' walk).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare d'Austerlitz 2.5 km. Gare de Montparnasse 3 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line 4, Odeon station (towards the theater follow Rue Monsieur le Prince). Line 10, Cluny La Sorbonne station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We only have one room with balneotherapy.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. Small pets only (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. There are several good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. There is a modem plug.
