Even though we were early, they were able to give us our room when we arrived. After a long flight, it was great to be able to get into our room !
The staff speaks english very well and helped us in providing directions , and suggestions to various sights.
The staff are so kind and gracious !

Beautiful, charming hotel, close to stores,cafes and pastry shops. You feel like a real Parisian because you are surrounded by real Parisians instead of tourists in a big hotel.

In particular we appreciated how quiet the room was given that it was in a fairly busy neighborhood. The hotel seemed to have put extra effort into that. The rooms were lovely.

parking space, even for loading and unloading, in front of the hotel is scarce.

very clean, comfortable, and quiet room, with lots of storage space. very limited internet facility. would definitely return to ste beuve, but would opt for a room on a higher floor to get away from cigarette smoke coming from lobby.

online booking should allow one to decline the optional 'breakfast' from the total rate for the room.

i loved this hotel. i loved the location, the proximity to two metro stations and one RER station. the staff was WONDERFULLY KIND. they spoke to me in french and to my mother in english, and were perfectly happy to do either. they were accomodating and kind. the breakfast in the room was delicious. the rooms were clean and bright and comfortable. i would recommend this hotel to anyone. i know that it is not listed in many books and websites and i almost think that is a good thing. it is like a hidden treasure. i hope they do very well.

We were just delighted with the rooms. We had connecting rooms - one for my husband and me and one for our two children. It was difficult to find a good hotel that had connecting rooms so we were especially pleased. Our room was spacious and, even though the kid's room was smaller, they loved it! Both of the bathrooms were nicely done and good-sized.

This hotel was fabulous. Great location, helpful staff, tasty and nicely served breakfast. I've stayed in several different hotels in past visits to Paris and this was, by far, the best - both best value and best decor/design. We liked that the hotel is small so it had a more intimate feel. It was quiet too.

Although the hotel mentions it is on a quiet street, which it is, their is a major thoroughfare directly perpendicular to this quiet street. And it, unfortunately, had a constant stream of traffic (and noise), even through the night.

Small, but comfortable hotel. Many amenities provided, such as internet access, bar and lobby cozy, comfortable. Enjoyed option of having breakfast in the lounge area or in our room. A bit too noisy for me, as evening conversation was difficult with window open. Easy access to Metro.

It seems to me that one of the women at the reception was too nervous and tired to respond to the guests.
I wished I should have been advised in advance that the lift was out of order...
Laundry wasn't delivered until I asked at the reception.

Guests are advised not to store smelly food (ie, cheese) in the mini bar.
It would be better to improve laundry slip for easier understanding (confusing when filling in)

Good for value hotel. Neighbours include nice bistros and cafes. Close to the Metro stations.

Construction going on roof but only for Friday afternoon, not weekend so okay. Some noise from neighbors in building next door which was annoying but bearable.
