• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. We serve a cold buffet breakfast in the breakfast room that is on the first floor from 07h15 to 10h00 or continental breakfast in room until 12h00.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  there are quiet,private ,romantic rooms.
  Some rooms are on the street with double window and some rooms are on the back.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, ther is one room with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have some.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a color TV satellite in every room with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms with individual control without extra charge. It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes there is an internet/e mail point with Free and unlimited access High Debit in the lounge. ALL the rooms have access to internet free and unlimited (high debit)broadband. Some rooms have an individual computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The Montparnasse swimming pool is 100 metres away and it is open everyday.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is an independent parking at 5 metres.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport is at 15 kilometers.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 metres away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse station is at 300 metres.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The metro stops Montparnasse and Saint Placide are at 100 metres on the lines 4,6,12,13.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but the CLUB MED GYM is at 20 metres.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there are so many restaurants just in the neighbourhood.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can plug your laptop and surf the internet broadband from your room.
