  We will need a credit card for guarantee purposes only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  7 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, 10 rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  At the reception on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not for swimming purposes but for water gym.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, 16 Eur per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle or Orly (both 30/40 minutes)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?

• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sauna and Hammam, both extra services not included in the price.
• Are pets welcome?
