• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is continental and served in our lovely breakfast room from 7.45 to 9.30. It's not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival or on departure as you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, facing the streets with soundproofed windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There only the single rooms facing the courtyard without terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is only balcony on the 2nd floor and the 5th floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We don't have smoking or non smoking rooms.
  They are all well ventilated and cleaned every day.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We don't have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have WIFI access in every room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We don't have swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We don't have our own parking. There is a parking at 5 mn Walking distance: The Parking Maubert/st Germain.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car near the Train Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We work with a shuttle company to go to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  the nearest bus stop is Cardinal Lemoine-St Germain ( bus 86-87-47).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Gare austerlitz.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Cardinal Lemoine at 20 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We don't have fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  The pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is WiFi from all rooms.
