• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
  It is a continental French classic (croissants, baguette).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may settle the bill whenever you want. An imprint of your credit card will be asked for upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor plus 5 floors and there is a small elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  This is a small hotel. There are rooms facing the street and some facing the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are rooms with a balcony on the fifth floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each room there is a television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct dialling telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The nearest car park is in Boulevard Saint Germain.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All major rental companies are available in the Carroussel du Louvre concourse below Louvre Museum and a street away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Roissy Airport or Orly Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick up through shuttle companies to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are many stops around the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There are 5 main railway stations in Paris and we are in the centre of the city, therefore each station can be easily reached.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Nearby there are 2 subway stops: on line 4 Saint Germain des Pres and on line 12 Rue du Bac (5 minutes walking).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small, quiet and clean pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
