Very friendly & welcoming! Made us Martine, the Mgr. was there & made us feel right at home while the front desk clerk, Cloe was polite & efficient.

We stayed in the Madeline Suite which was on the top floor and is the only unit with a balcony - very worthwhile as it contributed to our whole 'Paris experience' .... for travellers like us, who consider the accommodations an important part of the trip, it is worthwhile to book the Madeline Suite.

We received a wonderful warm greeting upon arrival and found the front desk staff very accommodating. When we arrived they even referred to us by name guessing it was us because we were the only family of four checking in that day - it was a nice touch.

The room was spacious and we loved the balcony. We found all staff were very polite.

There were a few additional charges on our bill that were not accurate, however, the charges were immediately removed and the check out process was very smooth.

At the beginning my name did not result into the computer, but after some minutes they have been able to find it.

The position is great! We could see the Madleine from our window. And the room was really very spacious, especially considering the standards of Paris.

No problems. Except that the man at the reception said that it was easy to find a taxi at the Madleine and so it was not necessary to call one. It was not like that and it has been unconfortable to walk around looking for a taxi with all the luggages.

Space of the rooms (I don't know if the rooms are all like that one or if I've been lucky). Position: Madleine, Champs Elysee, Place de la Concorde, Rivoli... you can easily get there by foot.

Nice! Expensive but very nice! (but, of course, you are in Paris and prices there are never good)

It was very loud and noisy on Friday and Satuday nights and the printer didn't work at all.
