• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Is at guests' disposal with an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, german, russian, italian, and spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors and only our suites are on the last floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes very romantic rooms and we have some rooms facing the Madeleine church. Yes also very quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only our Madeleine suite with balcony and facing the Madeleine Church.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The 4th floor is a non smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. For a private direct line just ask on the reservation.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have the air conditionning in all our rooms and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have one on the main lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking located below the madeleine church (300 meters from the hotel).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes you can rent a car. Just ask at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy, 24 km;
  Orly, 17 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange transfert from the airport to the hôtel on request with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Madeleine.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon and gare de l'Est.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Madeleine 2minutes from the hotel
  Concorde 5 minutes from the hotel
  Opera 5 minutes from the hotel
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. Small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. But just in front our near by there is many many restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
