  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1.30pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is optional so never included. It is continental
    French classic with coffee or tea and croissants or vitality with cereals and yoghurt.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You may settle whenever you want. An imprint of your credit card will be asked for upon arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, some Spanish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Ground floor plus 5 floors and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The Residence is a quiet oasis for business and leisure travellers alike. Everything here is designed for our guests' total satisfaction, with each attentive detail combined to make their stay the most perfect, and a private garden to create a nice atmosphere.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    There are no balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    There are so few rooms that we cannot afford no smoking rooms but we take good care for non smokers.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Flat screen LCD TV. International channels are available.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Direct dialing telephone in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms are air conditioned. This service is part of the room charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, broadband Internet access available at reception office for use of hotel customers. Broadband socket in each room.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, but with extra cost.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Gare Montparnasse, station at walking distance.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    In the north of Paris: Charles de Gaulle/Roissy Airport.
    In the south of Paris: Orly Airport South and West terminal.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can arrange pick up through shuttle companies that you pay on the spot.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Gare Montparnasse.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Gare Montparnasse.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Nearby there are 2 subway stops.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small, quiet and clean pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes you can connect your laptop computer to the wall socket and get broadband Internet free and unlimited.
