• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, whenever you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  All the receptionists speak French and English. One of them speaks also Spanish and Italian, and the other one speaks Serbo Croate and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors, and we have two small elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are spacious, well decorated and sound proofed
  with only one to four rooms per floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms face a pleasant place, two of them have a nice terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a flat screem TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There's a direct dialling telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are air conditioned, and this service is free.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There's a broadband socket in each room. Internet access is also available at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There's no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are two parkings near the hotel: Parking de l'Ecole de Medecine, Parking du Marche St Germain.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rue St Sulpice - Gare Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick up through shuttle companies that you pay on the spot.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are many stops around the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare montparnasse, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Odéon: it is at 50 meters from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small quiet and clean pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes a parisian brasserie during the day, until 6pm during the week, and until 10.30 pm in the week end.
  There's also The Comptoir, a French Gastronomic Restaurant from monday to tuesday at 8.30pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your laptop computer to the wall socket and get broadband internet for free.
