Le délai d'annulation est de 4 jours avant la date d'arrivée à midi heure de Paris. En cas d'annulation tardive ou de non présentation, une nuitée sera débitée sur la carte de crédit. POUR LES GROUPES (à partir de 3 chambres) elle est de 10 jours. Cancellation policy is 4 days prior the arrival at noon Paris time. In case of late cancellation or no-show we debit one night penalty on the credit card. FOR GROUPS (3 rooms and more) it is 10 days.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 96 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
