• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room (for one or two persons).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The Continental breakfast in not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The main building have 7 floors with lift and the second building have 4 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  You feel at home in the tastefully decorated rooms
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have a balcony in rooms N°53, 54, 55 and a very little patio between the two buildings.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have only a non smoking breakfast room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  yes, with Satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the 40 rooms are air-conditioning (free of charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a space for Internet in the lobby (free of charge)
  and a computer outlet in each room (RJ/45).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have private parking places in the Public Parking near by the hôtel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The Friendly Team is happy to organize your stay: rent a car, airport shuttle, shows, restaurants...
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly Airport 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize for you the airport pickup at your arrival or departure.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ecole Militaire and Invalides.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Ecole Militaire, it is at 3 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry, no.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, there is no problem.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there are plenty of nice restaurants around the Hôtel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with the telephone line.
