• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included. It is a continental menu served in the breakfast room or in the room from 7.00am to 11.00am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival ot departure. If you need an early check-out advise the reception.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  This is your room.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have LCD TV and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we offer wireless Internet access in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception. The nearest car rental is at Gare St.Lazare.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle airport, 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, upon request and by extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pigalle (100 meters).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Abbesses" for line 12 (right opposite the hotel)and "Pigalle" for line 2.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We accept small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. Internet WI-FI ADSL Access is offered it is proposed.
