French. She was patient, helpful and friendly.

There was not a problem with checking out. Staff was prepared with appropriate bill for our stay. Very gracious. They assisted us to get a shuttle to the airport.

the beautiful garden in the back where we sat when we first arrived. We did arrive early, and the staff immediately set about getting a room ready early for us.

Clean, friendly, upscale for the neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond what I expected. There was always someone at the front desk, that is something we had not experienced while at various hotels in France. That gave us a sense of security.

We got the accommodation agreed, but we were not informed of a special rate for May 15th onwards. One room the non smoking room was alright, but the non smoking room was very drab. But we upgraded for the next night two nights and the room we got was superb. We were informed when we booked that there were only standard double room available but we got one superior room the next day,also on delux was available also at the promotion price.

Cant fault the staff at this hotel excellent service at all times, rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels, staf always very courteous. Hotel very central to the bus station especially for the the Airport Bus

I would recommend this hotel to my friends excellent service ,most of the staff speak english, supermarket beside the hotel, gardens at the hotel are beautiful. Superior rooms are well worth the extra.

The breakfast was not good value for money, could get the same breakfast at half the price in a cafe.
