WE HAVE STAYED THERE ON THREE OTHER OCCASIONS. WE KNEW THE HOTEL WAS CLASS. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

A NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO THE ARC OF TRIOMPHE AND THE SHOPPING OF THE CHAMPS ELYSEES. THE METRO IS NEARBY AND IT IS VERY EASY TO GET TO FROM THE AIRPORT. WE RODE THE AIR FRANCE BUSES TO AND FROM. VERY EASY.

VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY AMERICAN VISITOR. WE WILL BE BACK.

The electric doors were kept closed you will need to buzz the receptionist to open the door.

I would have preferred a bigger room but was glad to have a street facing room with a balcony, could people watch. We spent little time in the room.

it is a lovely little hotel, tastefully decorated, very clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, when you step out of the doorway you can see the Arc de Triomphe,the metro is close, there are shops and restraunts close by and there is a little grocery shop round the corner.

We all enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff were all pleasant, helpful and kind. I was most impressed with the woman who staffed the desk during the day hours. I forget her name but she was there every day and she always went out of her way to assist us during our stay. She was an excellent representative of your hotel. Thank You

I think the location is an asset that I did not know prior to my arrival. We all had a beautiful view of the Arc de Triomphe from our windows and that was great.

The hotel certainly lived up to expectations - the room and bathroom were just as pictured. In the past I have been disappointed with what I have seen on the internet and the reality.

I think it is worth mentioning that the Air France bus stop (transport directly from CDG airport) is on the very same road and, therefore, very convenient.

absolutely ideal - the location is very central, the staff most helpful and polite, the rooms are tastefully furnished and perfectly clean. there are many good bars and restaurants within close proximity. I could not have hoped for anything better.
