• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  50% deposit is paid upon reservation and the remaining 50% upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are quiet and sound proof.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is free of any charge.

  Yes, we have a Wi Fi system.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a public parking 3 minutes away.

  At the reception desk.

  Charles de Gaulles.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.

  Bus: 80, 95, 30.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but in front of the Hotel there is an spa and we have an agreement with them, if our clients want to go there to have hammam, massage thailandais...
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice resturants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
