• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian, English, Russian, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors: 1 elevator for guests, 1 elevator for room service.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV + "Pay per View movie Channel" (with charge) in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge, seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  High Speed Wireless system in the bedrooms, public areas and meeting rooms (Wifi) with charge. Orange High Spot. Also, access to Internet on tv monitor with infrared keyboard (with charge). Possibility to connect your laptop on the phone of your room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No but fitness with hammam and steam-bath.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public Car-Park nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our concierge is at your disposal.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request with charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  "Rue Kléber", few metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint Lazare (1,4 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Kléber (line n. 6) and Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines n. 1, 6, 2, RER A).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets (with charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, 'La Salle à Manger', Gastronomic Restaurant .
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
