• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. 3 breakfast types are available at the hotel (Continental; Full Buffet; in room service).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, German, Spanish & Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors with 4 public elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our 240 rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is at no charge, all year long.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is, it is open everyday from 7am to 10pm.

  Yes, there is (with an extra charge per night).

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Free shuttles to the airport from 6am to 11:30pm every 20 minutes for Terminal 2 and every 30 minutes for Terminal 1
