• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors and 2 buildings with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are cosy, quiet rooms and soundproofed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, if you got your own computor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is a public parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can make reservations from the hotel but pickup is about 15 minutes from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Paris Roissy 27.5 km - Paris Orly 18.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lines 26-32-42-43, Rue La Fayette stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord/gare de l'est: Metro line 4. change at Strasbourg St Denis and take line 8 or 9 and stop Grands Boulevards (30 minutes).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Lines 8-9, Grands Boulevards station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. But only small pets and for a supplement of 30€ per night.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
