We arrived early, around 9:30am, after an overnight flight and only had to wait 15 minutes before our room was ready. We thought we'd have to leave our bags in the lobby and check in after 2pm so this was much more than expected.

There was some construction in the lobby area - it would have been appropriate to have told us prior to arriving that that was on-going. Apart from that, everything was very good.

The lobby area is tiny and somewhat unattractive but this should not deter from the overall quality of the hotel. We had booked the suite and it was spacious and very nice but I cannot comment on the standard rooms.

Very small hotel in a great area. Wonderful cafes, shops, and art galleries just outside the door and down the road. Can't beat the location. Very helpful staff. The suite on the 6th floor is very spacious, the wallpaper somewhat loud but you get used to it. It's the only room on the floor so is very private and quiet. Great jacuzzi tub in a very nice marble bathroom with wonderful large fluffy bath towels and a towel heater. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was restocked daily. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

good location both to main st. and the river side. Room is enough size for stay.

The most point is...can enjoy to open the door(with bit difficult key!)

The a/c in the rooms didnt work well, outside was fresh but noisy.

The hotel needs more details such as fresh flowers( there are plenty and beautiful in the stores near by), and a nice and confortable sofas to stay for a while ( read) when not staying in the room.
