  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast not included in the price. It costs 6 Euro per guest.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors in the whole building and we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.

  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.

  Yes, all room are equipped with Sat/TV (25 International channels).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
