• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included. American buffet breakfast can be taken in our new breakfast room, or in your room a la carte.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors. We have a new elevator up to 8 people.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them. The hotel is very well soundproofed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them.
  A few have a view on the Eiffel Tower.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airports or train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy CDG.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Trocadéro : Lines 22, 30, 32, 63.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse or Saint Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  It is Trocadero station, 200 meters, lines 6 & 9.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only for breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. Wireless connection, free of charge.
