• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is optional but can be included during a promotion period, it's a breakfast buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may settle whenever you want. An imprint of your credit card will be asked for upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, some German and Italian, Roumanian, Indie.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  You will be in a building classed hystoric monument(builded in 1590) so each room is full of charm and history.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  You can be placed on the street side or on the courtyard side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite TV for international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is telephone with direct dialling in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditionning in each room, this is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can use internet if you have wi-fi system integrated in your computer, anyway there is broadland socket in each room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we have not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You will find a parking secured in rue saint Martin, at 100 meters from the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We will indicate you different places where to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly about 30 min by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick up trough shuttle compagnies that you pay on the spot.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop station is Strasbourg Saint Denis.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Gare de L'est or Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  We are about 2 minutes walking from the metro station called Strasbourg Saint Denis.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is a fitness centers on Republique place (about 8 min walking): there you will find swimming pool, sauna etc...
• Are pets welcome?
  Small quiet and clean pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but of course all around us we could propose you very good ones (you can trust us!).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your laptop to the telephone in the room and use it as a local call.
