• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No it is not included and it's a continental breakfast or à la carte at request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Russian, Spanish, German, Polish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors, the lift goes from the 1st to 4th floor. So there are some steps to make apart if you take the loft, wich is at ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, and some of them have view over Paris.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the loft.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but we have quiet fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet café neraby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are private parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy Charles de Gaulles and Orly are at the same distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Birague, 76 and 69.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de Lyon.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  St.Paul and Bastille.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, if they are clean and small.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Wi-Fi connection.
