• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. But is at guests' disposal with an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms at the 1st floor have a terrace. Some other rooms on the 5th floor have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with cable and satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a public parking at 10 minutes on foot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In neuilly sur Seine.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Paris Roissy 27 km - Paris Orly 18.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Line 52 Av. Victor Hugo - Line 73 Av.de la Grande Armée - Line 82 Av.de Malakoff.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord 5.5 km - Gare de Montparnasse 5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Take metro line 1 direction "La Defense" get off at "Argentina" station take the left exit, get off at the "Avenue de la Grande Armée", and the 3rd street on your left (1 minute on foot) is "rue Pergolese".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
