We were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were friendly and polite - one of them even rushed out to help us with our bags!

We stayed for a long time - 9 nights - and the whole time we were made to feel really welcome and at home. The breakfast was lovely every day and even at the end of the day when we arrived back late, we were always welcomed with a cheery face.

The hotel were more than happy to look after our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out and made us feel welcome even after we had paid and were awaiting our taxi.

The website ought to make more of the wonderful attitude of the staff and their ability to make everybody feel welcome and at home, speaking the appropriate languages to the guests.

The best hotel we've ever stayed in. You have to stay there if you ever go to Paris. It's close enough to all the tourist attractions, but just far enough away to enjoy a real taste of Parisian life - we had a wonderful honeymoon and I'm sure we'll go back there one day.

Hotel was very positive about meeting our need for a triple in a double room, happy to accommodate us with the caveat that there would be minimal 'living space' available with three beds. No problem for us since we didn't wish to spend our time in the room. Room and beds very comfortable, clean, nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast spread!

Staff ordered taxi for us and offered coffee, water, etc. while we waited for taxi to arrive.

Two positive points: one of few hotels that provided triple accommodation, price paid was lower than that noted on the website.

It was a quaint boutique hotel..beautifully furnished...small rooms but adequately outfitted.

The room was rather cramped but well decorated and furnished. The breakfast area was just an area in the entrance hall so we decided to eat elsewhere. The receptionist, a young man, could not have been more charming or helpful and I would be glad if you could somehow communicate this to the hotel. Thank you.

Two very annoying things happened.
Firstly - the telephones werent working the night i arrived
Secondly - i asked for a wake up alarm at 08.00 but it didnt happen. I therefore overslept and missed my train back to London!!!!
