We have stayed at this hotel at least 25-3- times. I think that speaks for itself.

It's a very well located hotel that is a good band for the buck. The staff knows us well and is extremely accommodating. The remodeling has made the hotel much more beautiful, although we loved it just the way it was. Would love to come back next time.

Pas de Calais is a very nice and friendly hotel and we enjoy staying there whenever re are in Paris.

One item missing from the description was that the hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay. That caused some amount of uncomfort in the lobby and breakfast areas

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Pas de Calais in October 2005. My room was quiet, the bathroom clean, the staff was helpful and the petite dejuneur was simple but nice with good coffee in a french press; expensive at 12 euros, so not for every day.Great location right off the busy St Germain des Pres -near the metro, monoprix, and many chic shops & restaurants.

Easy check in, both rooms were prepared for
us, premises beautiful, rooms very spacious

The breakfast is wonderful and reasonable for
Paris. Love the wall of flowers and plants.
Charming elevator but prefer to walk the
stairs. Phone calls very reasonable. Staff is
fantastic! They spoke english if needed.

They called the taxi and were helpful giving
information.

The location is fantastic. Literally walk
everywhere without a taxi. A real value for

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. We have stayed in other Hotels in Paris and were very pleased and we were equally as pleased with Pas de Clais.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. When we had difficulty booking a restaurant for New Year's Eve they responded to my emailed plea for help by finding a table at a very nice restaurant, and they also helped us make reservations at another restaurant where my shaky French was inadequate. When my wife came down with a minor infection, they made an appointment for her at a doctor's office just a few blocks away.

A comfortable, quiet hotel in an excellent location staffed by some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet.

Great place to stay. Most places we stayed in included the breakfast in their price. We like that but others may not. I don't know if that was an option at your hotel.

Je peux recommander cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation. Une faiblesse : j'avais chaque jour besoin d'un ordinateur pour recevoir et envoyer de la correspondance. L'unique appareil mis à la disposition des clients est très médiocre et les communications sont d'une lenteur intolérable, d'autant plus que le tarif d'utilisation est élevé.

We got there before the normal check-in time and the room was not ready, but the hotel tried to get the room ready as quickly as possible and also offered us coffee while we were waiting.

The hotel was as described on your website but the images were better on the website. The hotel also gave us a small bottle of champagne, congratulating us on our wedding. It was a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, and we were on one side of the building that did not have elevator access. It was a bit tough but there was a porter at the hotel who lugged up our things to our room, so it wasn't really a problem.

That it was very nice and the hotel staff was friendly and that it is very quiet and private and convenient because it is close to many restaurants.

room was a little small for 2 people but I understand thta is the norm for Paris

Was delighted to see boat trip was included in price (as per website) which we used on Saturday so many thanks for that.

Lift very small and layout of room numbers a little confusing as we had to ask for assistance as we couln't find our room on arrival
