All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The hot buffet breakfast is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish and a little bit of Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 8 floors in the building and we do have a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Some of the rooms are facing the back of the building and they are quiet. The few ground rooms are romantic during spring and summer where you can have your breakfast. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not have. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some rooms on the 8 floors have small balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We do have two non smoking floors in the hotel. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is a cable TV with international channels (English, Spanish, Italian..). - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning available all year round, at no extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do have. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, parking is available within walking distance of the hotel with more than 600 in house spaces available, at an extra charge. - Where can we rent a car?
At the reception of the hotel: the car can be driven to the hotel or you can go to the nearest train station to pick up your car. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Charles De Gaulle. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do have: advance booking is required at an extra charge, but it is free for children under 3 years old. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
There are several bus stops near the hotel: bus number 42, 26, 43, 32 and 48. - Which is the nearest railway station?
There are 3 railway stations within the same distance from the hotel: gare du Nord,gare de l'Est and gare Saint Lazare. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
Cadet: about 2 minutes away from the hotel. Coming out of the station you continue on rue Lafayette and turn the first street on your right to Rue Buffault. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Small pets are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
